CoreConnex turns 5

Everyone says the 5-year mark is a milestone, but it feels like we’re just getting started.
We have navigated some rough waters over the last 5 years. Most significantly, we went from offering a PSA software solution (ConnexIT) in a direct sales model to a channel sales model offering the Corelytics financial dashboard through the two largest PSA vendors in the IT solutions industry – ConnectWise and Autotask. Now we’re adding nearly 3 Corelytics accounts per day over 3 different countries. We have also partnered with Service Leadership, Inc. to provide financial benchmarking across 10 different business models.
From the start, we have been a SaaS (software-as-a-service) shop with our own little cloud in the sky. Our expertise in working from ‘the cloud’ has grown over the years. Customer support is always on our minds so watch for more educational materials around business finances to come out this year.
It is an honor to serve the hard working businesses in the IT solutions market all over the world and we hope to be able to continue to do this for another 5 years.
