The Corelytics Financial Dashboard is a SaaS (software-as-a-Service) product based on the simple principle that small businesses improve performance and sustainability when they are able to see the financial picture and trajectory of their business more clearly. The growing base of Corelytics users allows CoreConnex to offer a collective knowledge base of business and financial performance information that is an up-to-date picture of what is happening in each company and the overall market.

We will be adding more channel partners in the months ahead, but with ‘The Big 3’ PSA software vendors (Autotask, ConnectWise, and now Tigerpaw) along with the independent benchmarking firm, Service Leadership, we have an industry-wide reach of aggregated statistical business performance data. This data is going to grow and evolve and become an increasingly rich source of business intelligence for all participants.

All companies in the technology solutions and services market are invited to participate as both a provider and recipient of data. Participants can be VARs, MSPs, ISPs, IT solution providers, IT systems developers, outsourced IT service companies, and other related technology service providers.  Companies can participate by subscribing to the Corelytics Financial Dashboard directly from CoreConnex or they can get free and discounted versions of the Corelytics Financial Dashboard through ConnectWise, Autotask and Tigerpaw, and soon other major vendors and associations that are in leadership positions in the greater technology services industry.

All financial data that is shared in the aggregated pool is stripped of any identifying information and managed on a purely statistical basis. No information about specific companies is shared with any vendor or any third party unless expressly requested by the data owner.

In the months ahead, more forms of data will be added to the pool and more forms of business intelligence will be made available to subscribers of Corelytics. The long-term goal is to help technology service companies become as proficient with their financial management and business decision-making as they are with providing valuable technology solutions to their customers. Companies at all levels will benefit from increased financial stability and sustainability and high-quality management processes.
