CoreConnex, Inc (CCI)
Software
ConnexIT software (Software) which will be hosted and operated on CCI servers and by Member and its clients over the Internet using a required web browser. The Software and database is intended to be used by each Member and all their clients and customers (”Clients”) to track and manage work, business relationships, business plans, productivity data, Member/Client communications, work quality feedback, and alerts on special situations. The scope of functionality of the Software will continue to expand as Members provide feedback to CCI and as CCI’s research uncovers new opportunities for software functions that would be beneficial to the Member Network.
Corelytics software (Software) which will be hosted and operated on CCI servers and by Members over the Internet using a required web browser. The Software and database is intended to be used by each Member to set and track financial goals, view bechmark data and analyze financial performance trends. The scope of functionality of the Software will continue to expand as Members provide feedback to CCI and as CCI’s research uncovers new opportunities for software functions that would be beneficial to the Member Network.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For Corelytics and ConnexIT products we gaurantee 99.99 percent network uptime. We guarantee the network will be available, excluding scheduled maintenance, or we will refund your subscription for the month the outage occurs.
